Carter Dumont
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Carter Dumont has more than 19 years of operational and technical experience in the oil and gas industry, within Australia and overseas. He has a proven track record of delivering projects cost-effectively, paying careful attention to engineering, design, planning and safe implementation with selective use of new technology.
He spent 11 years with Ensign Energy Services firstly in Canada, in exploration and production drilling/completions before progressing to engineering, sales and commercial development in Canada and Australia. In 2014 he joined Origin Energy with responsibility for large scale contracts in drilling, completions and well stimulation.
Carter joined Condor in June 2018 and became Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer July 2019.
Paul Seamer
GENERAL MANAGER - INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS
Paul has 25+ years oil & gas onshore/offshore and mining industry experience, both locally and internationally, with the 15years in senior drilling and operations management roles.
Paul specialises in fixed-price and turnkey solutions for our Clients, and has been with Condor since mid-2020 and recently was promoted into the role of GM – Integrated Solutions
Elham Samari
GENERAL MANAGER – TECHNOLOGY
Elham is a Chartered Petroleum Engineer who brings more than 20 years of technical and operational experience to the Condor team. He has extensive global experience in the design and evaluation of stimulation treatments in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. He has worked on projects in Canada, the US, Mexico, Chile, New Zealand, Poland, India, Turkey, Australia, Siberia, Oman and Kazakhstan.
His experience spans the various aspects of the upstream cycle, ranging but not limited to field development planning, consultation with government regulatory bodies for policy development for the oil and gas industry, reservoir and production engineering as well as operations. His technical ability is supported by extensive project management experience and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of experts.
James Hammond
GENERAL MANAGER - PROJECT ENGINEERING
James has 12 years’ experience as an engineer in the oil and gas industry with extensive knowledge in hydraulic fracture stimulation.
Prior to joining Condor James had 7 years with Halliburton as a frac engineer and frac diagnostics project manager. He has significant experience in unconventional plays in North America, Australia and more recently in New Zealand.
He has been with Condor from the beginning with Beach Energy in the Cooper Basin and has managed Condor’s growth into New Zealand. James has built and continues to build an outstanding team of experienced personnel to set the benchmark in service quality to our New Zealand based clients.
Andrew McKenzie
GENERAL MANAGER - HSEQ
Andrew is an experienced Safety Leader with over 10 years’ experience in the Oil, Gas and Mining Industry.
He has held a range of leadership and operational roles, working on large and small-scale projects domestically and abroad. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in drilling, completions and cementing for unconventional oil and gas projects. He has extensive experience implementing HSEQ Management systems in the resources sector and has a passion for continual improvement.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Development, as well as an array of Workplace Health/Safety and Auditing Qualifications.

Adam Richardson
GENERAL MANAGER - CONDOR RESOURCES
Adam has over 15 years experience in both the Australian and international Oil and Gas sector, with many of those years in leadership positions. His significant experience in overseeing the execution and completion of complex well programs ensures he is well placed to lead and deliver upon the Condor Resources' strategic plan.
Adam is well regarded within the industry for his ability to complete projects on time, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards and requirements all while delivering the required commercial outcomes to both the business and the customer. He is a strong communicator and possesses an authentic leadership style that allows him to achieve positive outcomes across all stakeholder groups both internally and externally. Adam holds himself and his team to a very high standard in terms of work ethic and an ongoing non-negotiable commitment to prioritising safety.
Adam joined Condor Energy in 2020
