Chief Executive Officer
Carter Dumont has more than 16 years of operational and technical experience in the oil and gas industry, within Australia and overseas. He has a proven track record of delivering projects cost-effectively, paying careful attention to engineering, design, planning and safe implementation with selective use of new technology.
He spent 11 years with Ensign Energy Services firstly in Canada, in exploration and production drilling/completions before progressing to engineering, sales and commercial development in Canada and Australia. In 2014 he joined Origin Energy with responsibility for large scale contracts in drilling, completions and well stimulation.
Carter joined Condor in June 2018 and became Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer July 2019.
Engineering & Well Interventions Manager
Martin is an experienced Petroleum Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. He has hands-on oilfield experience and he held engineering roles across completions, workover, production and well services areas in Australia and Argentina, both in E&P and services companies. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
Martin joined the Condor Team in July 2014.

Fracture Stimulation Manager
Scott has 15 years industry experience in numerous office and field roles. Specialising in fracture stimulation, coiled tubing well intervention, wireline operations, slick line operations, flow back and well testing, from an engineering / modelling perspective, to on site operational execution. Scott has worked in both operating and servicing sides of the industry.
During Scott’s time with Condor Energy he has excelled in a number of roles including B&D Manager SA, Field Coordinator, Compliance Officer, Team Leader Operations and now bringing his experience and expertise to Fracture Stimulation.
General Manager – Technology
Elham is a Chartered Petroleum Engineer who brings more than 20 years of technical and operational experience to the Condor team. He has extensive global experience in the design and evaluation of stimulation treatments in both conventional and unconventional reservoirs. He has worked on projects in Canada, the US, Mexico, Chile, New Zealand, Poland, India, Turkey, Australia, Siberia, Oman and Kazakhstan. His experience spans the various aspects of the upstream cycle, ranging but not limited to field development planning, consultation with government regulatory bodies for policy development for the oil and gas industry, reservoir and production engineering as well as operations. His technical ability is supported by extensive project management experience and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of experts.
Elham has joined Condor Energy as the General Manager – Technology.
